Plankan har trästruktur och är dubbelsidig (en färg på varje sida) och finns i färgerna Svart/Grå eller Ek/Hardwood. Vill du ändra utseendet på din altan efter ett antal år görs detta enkelt genom att vända plankan så att undersidan syns. Denna träkomposit är konstruerad med mindre luftflödeshål, vilket gör att plankan hålls svalare med minimal – eller ingen, möjlighet att ändra storlek. Detta minimerar risken för att plankan förändrar storlek vid temperaturskillnader vilket annars är vanligt för annat trämaterial. Trallet är UV-skyddat och Co-extruderat, vilket gör plankan extremt hållbar med samma färgbeständighet. Dessutom är HEIMDAL-terrassplank extremt reptålig och motståndskraftig mot slagmärken, smuts, fläckar, rödvin mm. Tillverkad av 60% poppel (trä), 30% HDPE och 10% bindningsmedel och därmed 100% fri från bambu. Träkompositen bör endast rengöras med vatten och KIRKEDAL rengöringsmedel och ska aldrig oljas eller impregneras, därför slipper du därmed det stora arbete som en traditionell altan kräver under hela sin livstid. Produkterna är 100% FSC-märkta, CE-märkta och brandklass C1-godkända.
