At its core are four highly efficient, premium-grade 13 W LEDs that deliver powerful illumination suitable for a wide range of applications across many vehicle and machine types. The carefully selected 5000 K colour temperature contributes to a light output that is both powerful and comfortable to use over longer periods. Thanks to the high CRI (colour rendering index), the light has also been shown to optimize sharpness and the ability to distinguish between shapes and colours. Utility-50 offers more than just a high-performance work light. There is also a version of the Utility-50 with an integrated red tail light function. The red tail light is approved in accordance with UNECE Regulation 148-R1 and features four contour markers, one in each corner of the light. This creates a unique and stylish appearance in addition to the safety benefits. Utility-50 has the same front dimensions as the Utility-80 HD, 107 mm (h) × 107 mm (w), giving a clear indication of the light's output capacity, while the reduced depth makes installation easier. However, the smaller size has not been achieved at the expense of performance. The light has been carefully designed and engineered at our own facility in the UK to optimize light output with heat dissipation in mind, which is crucial to preserving the light's service life and ensuring trouble-free use for many years. The strength and reliability of the Utility-50 are further enhanced by additional design features and the high build quality that comes from our production in the UK. These include an unbreakable, hard-coated polycarbonate lens, EMC protection in accordance with CISPR-25 (class 3 or 5 available), automotive-grade corrosion resistance thanks to our in-house pre-treatment and powder-coating facility, and IP68 and IP69K ratings. All of this is covered by our comprehensive five-year warranty (two years for use outside the automotive sector and for industrial applications). Depending on the model selected, the Utility-50 is supplied with male and female Deutsch connectors.
