In natural walnut wood, with details of solid brass, this handle is one of a kind. On top of that, the classic and highly reputable XC75 carbon steel is optimally hardened to 58 HRC, which gives the knife a razor sharp edge that also stays sharp over time. As it is not a stainless steel, the knife has a dark grey patina on the blade surface to help protect the carbon steel from corrosion. The patina will start to change from the first cut and will quickly evolve into a truly unique and characteristic, beautiful pattern on your blade.
