The premises are located on the basement level with access to a parking garage. The clearance height in the garage is unknown. A pallet jack and hand truck can be used to move items from the premises out to the parking garage. Some larger items must be dismantled in order to be transported out of the premises due to the width of the doors. A pallet jack, hand truck, tools, carrying assistance and ladder are not available on site.
