Budi to sell Fazer's trucks
Budi has been commissioned by Fazer to sell more than 70 of its modern Euro 6 trucks. This follows Fazer Bakery's decision to discontinue its in-house distribution in Sweden, meaning that its entire fleet of 250 vehicles will be phased out — likely Sweden's largest truck sell-off in recent years.
The trucks are located across the country and, thanks to Budi's partner network, everything is handled locally to minimize transport, which benefits the environment and also makes it easier for prospective buyers to inspect the trucks.
– When we were choosing a partner to sell our Euro 6 trucks, we quickly concluded that Budi has an excellent reputation and extensive experience in selling heavy vehicles. It feels reassuring that they have a wide network and take responsibility for the entire sales process, says Staffan Öberg, who is responsible for the sale at Fazer Bakery.
– At Budi, we are humbled and grateful for the trust placed in us to help Fazer find new owners for more than 70 Euro 6, low-emission, quality used trucks. Demand is high for trucks in this category, so we see great opportunities to reach both new and existing customers, says Christoffer Holm, CEO of Budi AB.
All vehicles are tested before sale to ensure they are fully functional, and each truck comes with a detailed condition report to make things easier for anyone interested.
– We are very pleased that Fazer has chosen to sell its most modern trucks through Budi. These vehicles require both expertise and careful handling in order to be sold, which is why we are approaching this assignment with great commitment, Christoffer concludes.
