Only the specified pickup times apply; failure to collect your items at the scheduled time may result in action being taken and your account may be suspended.

If you are unable to attend the pickup yourself, you may send a representative to collect your lots on your behalf, provided they have a copy of the receipt for your purchase or can provide your customer number and email address,
